SCAMPER TECHNIQUE PROJECT

SCAMPER is based on the notion that everything new is a modification of something that already exists. Each letter in the acronym represents a different way you can play with the characteristics of what is challenging you to trigger new ideas:

S = Substitute
C = Combine
A = Adapt
M = Magnify
P = Put to Other Uses
E = Eliminate (or Minify)
R = Rearrange (or Reverse)

here are a few questions you could ask:

why is this advertisement creative?

our own point of view....

Behind the story.
This playful Nike commercial from director Paul Wie does a fantastic job of chugging home-brewed nostalgia and reminding us about the power of sports. This commercial described the life of the old dudes whose are real soccer (football) players. In it, a group of old men sneak onto a soccer field at night and get carried away. They played the soccer as they are playing it when they are younger, full of passion and spirits as the soccer are. They show mischievous looks on their faces. It is refreshing change from the typical display of youth and beads of sweat splattering in slow motion. It suit the fact “Young in spirit if not in body!”

Why was this commercial creative?

importance of critical and creative thinking....in my own word...

Creative and critical thinking always an important element of our live. Without one of them we are not able to live our life normally. we use critical thinking skill in any area of our  life - professional, as citizen, love or friendship. Its key characteristics are rationality, reflection and evaluation (Tenreiro- Vieira, 2000, p.29). we use critical thinking in our everyday life. As an example, choosing clothes that you will wear. it just as simple as that.
